Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team, reporting to both the Controller and CFO.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, preferably from the commercial or residential real estate investment/management sector.

Key Duties

• Implement financial strategies under the guidance of the CFO to support business goals and maximize value
• Support capital raising efforts from private investors and maintain investor relations
• Collaborate with the Controller on financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting
• Work with the Accounting Department on treasury functions and risk management
• Partner with CFO, Controller, and operations teams to enhance financial processes and efficiencies
