Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the Senior Director of Accounting in closing processes and financial reporting for properties and joint ventures.

Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3–4 days per week, with leadership responsibilities including supervising a team, ensuring timely month-end close, and adherence to GAAP and SOX policies while exploring process improvements and offshore transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and train a team to ensure timely close.
• Oversee month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Review property-related entries and allocate expenses at property level.
• Coordinate month-, quarter-, and year-end closes ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Support audit process and implement process improvements.
