Job summary

Circuit Check Inc. in Minnesota seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Sales and Project Management to deliver timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

You will lead the month-end close, manage cash flow, and supervise accounts payable/receivable, project costing, and profitability analysis, while driving process improvements and guiding a growing accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Familiar with multinational manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of project-based accounting (ASC 606).

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and reporting processes.
• Manage cash flow and accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Oversee job costing and project accounting with margin analysis.
• Identify process improvements and provide team leadership.
