Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products is opening a brand-new manufacturing site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to establish and support financial operations for the new facility. You will report to the Controller and partner with site leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and meaningful financial analysis.

You will drive GAAP adherence, manage asset accounting, capital projects, and month-end close while partnering with Purchasing and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or professional designation is a plus.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close with Controller.
• Analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with operations and IT to improve processes and controls.
