The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and deep expertise in GAAP, multi-state tax compliance, and multi-entity consolidation. This role involves supervising a team, managing financial reporting and compliance, and developing accounting policies. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, transfer pricing principles, and multi-state tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting across 20+ entities with varying tax structures.
• Supervise a team consisting of a treasury manager and staff accountants.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
