Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate accounting, or financial management.
• Demonstrated experience managing intercompany transactions across multiple legal entities.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, transfer pricing principles, and multi-state tax considerations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel including financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and intercompany fund transfers.
• Execute and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax requirements.
• Prepare cash flow reports and treasury dashboards.
