Job summary

Anchor Innovation Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Commercial Boating Division in Virginia Beach, an on‑site role. You will lead daily financial operations, manage GL across multiple QBO files, and supervise an A/P Clerk. Expertise in QBO, Paylocity, and DealerRock is required to optimize data flow and tax compliance.

You will report to the Director of Finance, drive month‑end closes, and oversee system integrations and intercompany reconciliations. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in progressive accounting with full‑cycle GL.
• 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in QBO multi‑entity management and payroll setup.
• Experience integrating DealerRock with QBO and tax compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and financial reporting capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and multi‑entity closing processes.
• Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, and intercompany transfers.
• Administer DealerRock to QBO integration and data accuracy.
• Supervise Accounts Payable Clerk and establish SOPs.
• Process payroll via Paylocity and ensure accurate withholdings.
