The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills are essential, with a compensation range of $115k to $135k based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with consolidations and international accounting preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including consolidated financials, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
• Lead month-end close activities.
• Drive process improvements by documenting and enhancing accounting procedures.
