Qualifications

Job description

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager who thrives in a multi-entity environment and growing environment. This is a hands on manager with oversight of staff and day to day accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including consolidated financials, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
• Lead month-end close activities
• Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with consolidations and international accounting (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: South Seattle

Work environment: 100% on site

Compensation: Base salary of $115k to $135k, dependent on experience
