Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger, close, and financial reporting.
• 2-3 years of accounting leadership or team management.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including schedules, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and accurate balance-sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and variances for management review.
• Lead AP/AR teams, ensuring timely payments, cash application, and account accuracy.
• Oversee inventory, WIP, manufacturing costs, and cost of sales accounting.
• Develop internal controls and support ERP and process improvements.
