The Bay Family of Companies, a stable, family-owned organization with 50 years of success, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for our Corporate Office. You will lead a finance team, oversee month-end and year-end close, and partner with business leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights.

You will drive process improvements, manage internal controls, and deliver executive-ready reporting and KPI dashboards across business segments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Three years of people management experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and foreign currency reporting preferred.
• Experience with FP&A analysis and executive-ready reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP/reporting tools such as Dynamics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Finance team; coaching, workload planning, performance feedback.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit workpapers.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting on sales, margin, labor, and overhead.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze revenue and expenses with leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Travel occasionally (up to 5%).
