Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; 5–6 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency; AS400 experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor reports measuring plant performance and cost drivers.
• Lead annual budgeting with Plant Directors and corporate accounting.
• Establish manufacturing cost standards and control costs across operations.
• Perform variance analyses and explain deviations with corrective actions.
• Oversee fixed asset management and capital expenditure tracking.
• Monitor production costs, inventory, and waste reduction to boost profitability.
• Communicate targets and monthly results to staff; ensure a safe workplace.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting on a variety of activities.
• Travel and/or extended hours may be required.
