Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a capable finance professional to join the Operations Finance team at the Richfield, ID plant.

You will lead cost and usage analyses, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting and forecasting for multiple Idaho manufacturing sites. You will collaborate across departments and implement standardized reporting, while building robust financial models and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Track record of driving performance and change.
• Ability to motivate and influence a diverse group of people.
• High degree of credibility and professional integrity.
• Energetic, results-focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and usage analyses.
• Monitor KPIs for whey and cheese departments with insights.
• Prepare budget and forecast analyses for management.
• Assist with plant inventory control for materials and finished goods.
• Standardize reporting and analysis across locations.
• Review work for reasonableness and investigate root cause.
• Support data analysis and develop financial models for improvement.
• Cross-train with other analysts and share learnings.
• Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis and trending.
• Participate in special projects or action teams.
