Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• GAAP knowledge and strong financial reporting experience.
• Minimum 6–10 years of related accounting experience, with 2–4 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis to support close schedules.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3 staff in distributor/co-packer accounting and AR activities.
• Perform monthly distributor/co-packer account analyses and ad hoc reporting/research as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and audit processes.
