You will oversee daily accounting activities, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver accurate monthly and yearly financial reporting while mentoring staff and refining processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA or CMA preferred, proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• CPA or CMA preferred; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile payroll taxes.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Forecast inflows/outflows and manage reserves.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
• Partner with CFO and internal teams on initiatives.
• Improve accounting workflows.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
