Qualifications

• Experience leading an accounting team.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to improve processes and implement controls.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and support accuracy of the general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for timely reporting.
• Partner with the Director of Finance on year-end inventory counts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare requested documentation.
• Support cash applications, collections, and aging analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting.
