CFS in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing accounting team. You will lead the month-end close, drive forecasting efforts, and deliver insightful data analyses and adhoc reports for leadership during a period of transition and growth.

The role emphasizes process improvements, building scalable controls, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer service to optimize workflows and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience required.
• Team-oriented with strong communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Month-end close.
• Forecasting - Monthly/Quarterly.
• Data Analysis/Adhoc Reporting.
• Process Improvements, build processes from the ground up.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to optimize workflows.
