Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate and support audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Use accounting software and ERP systems to streamline reporting and analysis.
