Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead a team of accountants, and support accurate financial close and reporting in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes technical accounting, controls, and cross-functional partnership to deliver dependable financial results.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 8+ years of accounting experience, and a proven track record in supervising staff, managing US GAAP close, and driving process

Qualifications

• CPA required and active licensure.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring accounting professionals.
• Strong U.S. GAAP, financial close, and internal controls.
• Experience in multi-entity reporting and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead and develop Accounting staff and ensure accurate close processes.
• Coordinate month-, quarter-, year-end closes and reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and Finance on business initiatives.
• Support external reporting packages and executive-level deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
