Job summary

Firetron, Inc. seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations for a growing building systems and services company.

The role reports to the CFO and oversees general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and job costing to ensure GAAP compliance and timely financial statements. You will partner with operations on project profitability, develop budgets, implement strong internal controls, and mentor a team to uphold accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.
• Maintain robust internal controls and coordinate audits with external auditors.
