Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and P/L balance sheets with GL accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Acumatica ERP and credit card payment systems preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records system and GL transactions within ERP.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
• Supervise two A/R and A/P staff.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Provide backup for payroll processing and reports.
