Job summary

• Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month‑end close.
• Experience supervising accountants and coaching colleagues.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.
• CPA or equivalent qualification and experience supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team while owning assigned close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close, explain significant variances.
• Support external audits and improve close processes.
