Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting department from a hybrid office in Boca Raton or Tampa, FL. The role requires oversight of staff and external audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX controls, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.

The successful candidate will have 5–6+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 exposure, CPA preferred, and strong communication skills to summarize complex issues for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5-6+ years accounting experience (SOX environment preferred)
• CPA preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills

Aufgaben

• Ensure financial statement integrity and timely close
• Collaborate across business units to ensure accuracy of processes
• Support monthly close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Review consolidated financial statements per GAAP with footnotes
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely annual audit
• Ensure SOX compliance and remediation of issues
• Maintain timely account reconciliations
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce costs
• Assist with migration/upgrade of financial systems
• Conduct regular process reviews and special financial analyses
• Provide comprehensive employee benefits administration
