Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an Accounting Manager to lead client accounting, including full charge bookkeeping, trial balances, payroll, and KPI reporting, with a hybrid work option.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with engagement teams across multiple clients, and drive business development while ensuring work quality and on-time delivery.

A senior level in US GAAP, strong Excel skills, and CPA eligibility preferred, with optional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years accounting experience with recent account manager role.
• Thorough understanding of double-entry accounting and US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client or other firm locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams to ensure work aligns with scope and deadlines.
• Maintain client communications and supervise engagement delivery.
• Delegate to senior staff and interns; provide supervision and training.
• Engage in business development and client proposals.
