Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience supporting monthly close and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar systems, as well as Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, GL maintenance, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, accruals and prepaids, fixed assets, expense reporting, AP/AR support.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and maintain schedules and analyses supporting financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation per US GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with financial reporting packages and management analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash reporting, and other analyses.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other external reporting activities.
