This role involves full-cycle general ledger ownership, managing the month-end close process, and leading accounting staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong background in manufacturing accounting. The position also offers a base salary of up to $120,000 and additional benefits. This role has a defined path to a Controller position as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle GL experience required.
• Experience owning and leading month-end close.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee full-cycle general ledger accounting.
• Lead and manage month-end close process.
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee accruals, prepaids, and intercompany entries.
• Review P&L and investigate variances.
