You will oversee daily accounting operations, month-end close, GL integrity, and regulatory reporting while supporting budgeting and financial analysis to drive strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory reports.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a financial institution or credit union.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Accounting Department and manage month-end close.
• Oversee general ledger integrity and accounting systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
