Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and coordination.
• Expertise in cost capitalization, asset impairments, and technical accounting research.
• Ability to manage complex accounting for equity and debt transactions.
• Experience developing and maintaining internal controls and formal accounting policies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency with automation to improve accounting efficiency.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements with schedules.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors to support annual audits.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Apply expertise to revenue recognition, lease accounting, cost capitalization, and impairments.
• Manage accounting for equity and debt transactions.
• Conduct technical accounting research for ad hoc projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
