Ideal candidate has 8–15 years of GL experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, and familiarity with Costpoint ERP. CPA preferred; some travel (<25%) possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 8–15 years general ledger accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge required.
• Experience with government/commercial contracts.
• Experience with Job Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior staff.
• Oversee month-end customer invoices.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Handle Fixed Asset accounting.
• Assist with annual external audit.
• Assist with annual budget development.
• Manage state filing and registration processes.
• Prepare Sales and Property Tax returns.
• Undertake special projects as required; travel up to 25%.
