Job summary

OneSpaWorld is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and GAAP compliance. This role supervises Senior and Staff Accountants and collaborates with the Divisional Controller to ensure accurate, timely financial statements.

You will oversee monthly closes, coordinate audits, support budgets and forecasts, and drive process improvements across the finance team to sustain high-quality reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting and Finance
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Responsibilities

• Understand financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and year-end close per US GAAP
• Prepare monthly financial statements for management
• Respond to inquiries from Controller and finance managers
• Assist in year-end audit and intercompany eliminations
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Develop and implement improved procedures
