Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of similar experience.
• Manufacturing/production industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support accounts team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries.
