Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle GL or similar systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Corporate Accounting team with strong internal controls.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and reporting timeliness.
• Coach and develop team members to foster accountability and growth.
