Job summary

Seaside Plumbing in Bishopville, MD is seeking a hands-on Controller/Finance lead with 2–3 years QuickBooks Desktop experience and 2–3 years of management. You’ll oversee AR/AP, payroll, cash management, and monthly financial statements while partnering with leadership to guide budgeting and financial planning.

You’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and coordinate with outside tax professionals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Employment credit checks may be conducted for fiduciary roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and Controller operations.
