Our client is seeking a heavy senior-level consultant or interim controller to step in and manage month-end close and core accounting functions during a transition period. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, strong in SAP, and able to operate independently while partnering with leadership across finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute all aspects of month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Analyze general ledger activity, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Support management with financial analysis, variance explanations, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline close processes and identify efficiencies.
Strong proficiency with SAP ERP systems (highly preferred; may be required).
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred; may be required).
