We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our in-office team in Richmond, VA. This role will oversee key financial functions across multiple entities and manage direct reports within the accounting department.

As the senior accounting leader in a small, close-knit office, you’ll have autonomy over financial operations and the authority to make informed decisions that directly impact the business. Required Qualifications

• Location: On-site at our Richmond, VA office
