  • Develop and present monthly accounting KPIs to the Controller.
  • Manage AR/AP to ensure accurate processing and timely collections/payments.
  • Reconcile GL accounts monthly; maintain strong vendor relationships and manage weekly check runs.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and documentation; take on additional duties as assigned.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead with S.Q.C. principles--coach, motivate, and develop accounting staff, setting clear expectations and celebrating wins.
  • Onboard and train team members; optimize workflows and cross coverage.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings, 1:1s, and month-end close procedures.
  • Model values-first conduct, trust building, and relationship building with team members, project managers, customers, and vendors; communicate consistently and clearly using A.B.C. practices.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
