Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 6+ years of accounting experience; consolidation/intercompany preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly consolidation process and intercompany accounting.
• Oversee accounting for goodwill, intangible assets, and investments.
• Prepare monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux commentary.
• Support external audits and compliance activities.
