Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in construction, project-based, or multi-entity environments preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus, not required.

• Manage general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee job costing processes for accurate project profitability and cost allocation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable accounting improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures in a growth environment.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit readiness.
