Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with over three years of accounting experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and fixed assets management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review A/P, A/R, cash receipts, and general ledger entries for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for the Board.
• Audit petty cash and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and conduct annual asset inventory.
• Coordinate year-end processes with external auditors and prepare audit workpapers.
• Supervise Accountant and Payroll/Assistant Accountant; assist in staff performance reviews.
