7-Eleven is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead supplier invoicing and close processes in Irving, TX. This role will drive a 3-Way Match environment, strengthen controls, and implement standardized workflows while guiding a team of accounting professionals.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years of experience with at least 3 in supervision, CPA or candidate, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA certification or candidate is required.
• Experience leading a team and managing performance.
• Experience in a 3-Way Match invoice processing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in reporting and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoices, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Monitor performance metrics and SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead the transition to a 3-Way Match environment with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Develop standardized processes, controls, and workflows to improve invoice matching and efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes; assist in audits and PBC requests.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and customer service within the team.
