We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced accounting and finance team. The role involves managing financial operations, providing expert advice, overseeing financial systems and budgets, conducting reviews for cost reduction, and producing accurate financial reports on deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, with proficiency in monthly reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations
• Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports
• Establish and enforce accounting policies
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Recommend improvements for systems and processes
• Implement corrective actions
• Assign projects and oversee staff compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial objectives
• Conduct ledger reconciliation and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax authorities
• Collaborate with management on budgets and forecasts
• Assist in strategic planning
• Evaluate financial performance against plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience in monthly reporting and reconciliation
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP
