This highly visible role reports directly to the Controller with a clear runway to Assistant Controller, and involves leading monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong GAAP and month-end close expertise.
• NetSuite or comparable mid-market ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close across multiple cost centers and business unit P&Ls.
• Own GL/chart of accounts management in NetSuite.
• Partner with the Controller on external audits, internal controls, and compliance.
• Drive process improvement and AI-enabled automation initiatives.
• Manage complex vendor, freight, and contract-related accounting.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
