Job summary

CFS in the United States is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the global monthly close and financial consolidation, ensuring accurate reporting across the organization.

You will mentor the accounting team, partner with senior finance leadership, and work on technical accounting projects, including new standards implementations, with exposure to Workday.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management responsibilities.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global consolidations.

Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager

• Lead the global monthly close and financial consolidation process
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and accounting controls
• Support technical accounting projects, including new accounting standard implementations
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the financial reporting and consolidation team

Qualifications For The Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA certification
• Public accounting experience required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and global consolidations
