Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in San Antonio to lead the corporate accounting close and financial reporting efforts. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization, manage budgeting, monitor variances, and support audit and internal control processes while developing the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or CPA-eligible candidates preferred.
• Approximately 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Previous public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, energy, or similarly complex operating environment is a plus.
• Project cost management experience is a plus.
• Experience working with a major ERP system preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across the organization.
