Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations and reports
• Preparation of quarterly and annual external filings including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly internal management and board reporting
• Prepare account reconciliations and review journal entries
• Participate in improving operations, decreasing process times, streamlining work processes, and working collaboratively with the business
• Manage and assist with various special projects

Required

• BS or MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
• 4+ years of finance and accounting experience or public accounting
• Strong accounting and financial controls experience
