Vaco and a growing organization seek an Accounting Manager in West Phoenix, 100% on-site, to lead hands-on accounting activities including month-end close and reconciliations, and to oversee Accounts Payable processes.

The position requires 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities and multi-entity exposure. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close, reconciliation, and Accounts Payable experience.
• Leadership, mentoring, training, or team lead experience.
• Multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
• Oversee key Accounts Payable processes and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Review payroll activity for accuracy and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Mentor accounting team members and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
