NOW CFO is seeking an Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager Consultant to join our Orlando/Tampa/Atlanta-based team. The ideal candidate will provide bookkeeping, assistant controllership, and financial analysis consulting across multiple industries and clients.

Local candidates only: Orlando, FL or nearby markets with public accounting exposure. This full-time role offers a salary range of $105k–$115k and requires strong Excel and ERP/QBO proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting manager/controller roles.
• Proven consulting experience across industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistant controller and accounting services to clients in various industries.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager Consultant with experience across various industries to join our team at NOW CFO. Full Time: $105k-$115k

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting manager/controller accounting, or related roles.
• Proven experience working as a consultant in various industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QBO) multiple ERP's and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
