NOW CFO is seeking an Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager Consultant with broad industry experience to join our team. The role focuses on bookkeeping, assistant controllership, accounting, and financial analysis for diverse clients, leveraging public accounting know-how.

The candidate should be local to the Atlanta area and capable of delivering consulting services across multiple industries while maintaining high standards of compliance and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting manager/controller accounting, or related roles.
• Proven experience working as a consultant in various industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QBO) and multiple ERPs; advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistant controller and accounting services to clients in various industries.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
• Assist clients with financial decision-making by offering sound advice and recommendations.
