As a vital member of the Organization, the Full-Time Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. You will be responsible for budgeting, maintaining the chart of accounts, and managing payables and receivables to maintain financial integrity. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the financial landscape of our non-profit organization.
Your attention to detail and expertise with tools like Excel and QuickBooks will ensure that all financial operations align with our commitment to empathetic care and customer-centricity, as we strive to improve the health of our community.
To excel in the role of Accounting Manager, a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in the non-profit sector, allowing for effective management of grants and funding. High competency in Excel is crucial, as it enables accurate financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop will facilitate streamlined accounting processes. A keen eye for detail and solid organizational skills will ensure all financial records remain compliant and timely.
