A client in the Real Estate industry is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Real Estate experience and has overseen a team of accountants. Please apply if this role interests you; the client is looking to move quickly!

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements for the property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage and coordinate the recording, reimbursement and related intercompany/payroll entries for all the Rose managed properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders through regular engagement and strategic communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices across the property accounting function.
• Manage and mentor a team of property accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Communicate financial performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate audits and due diligence processes related to property financials, ensuring readiness and compliance.
